Need Help?

Native is a student events discovery platform that aims to deliver the best experiences to students. Our website and app show events in your city and now we power experiences like TU Dublin Clubs & Societies Festival 2020.

This year we are supporting the student community through the Coronavirus Pandemic by providing an out-of-the box virtual events solution, in addition to top quality online and socially-distanced events for freshers programmes.

If you have a question relating to anything technical like your tickets or your account then message the live chat. This is monitored by native who will be able to help.

If you have a question relating to an event then you'll need to contact the event organiser. native monitor the live chat but if your question relates to something around the event itself they might not be able to help

Welcome Week is looking a little different this year – however, it will still hopefully be exciting and provide fun opportunities to meet new people! To that end, we are hosting an array of online events via our virtual platform, Native.

Safety and wellbeing has been at the forefront of our planning.

We want everyone to have a memorable and fun welcome to the University, but we also want to protect your health and minimise the risk of an outbreak of COVID 19.

As the majority of paid events are conducted online, social distancing measures will not be required within these virtual spaces.

For any physical events run by the TU Dublin Clubs and Societies, please make sure that you only attend with members of your household. Please check the information for all events carefully before booking your place.

Yes! We are running many online and virtual events that you will be able to sign up for.

Although there are various free events taking place during Clubs & Societies Festival, some will require you to buy a ticket as we have limited capacity. Please check the individual event pages for information relating to which events are free and which are paid-for.

When you book tickets, you will be sent full details of how to gain access to the email account you used to sign up with.

If you are experiencing any issues with your account, please get in touch with Native directly. Their team will be on hand to offer support and guidance throughout Welcome Week – email support@native.fm or message the chat on this page with details of the event or topic you are having trouble with.
